How to hide "reports" option to any logged in user in software CMP project?

Need to restrict access to reports only for Project leads. So only project leads can view the reports not the other logged in users.

You can't do this.

There's no point in doing it anyway - the data a person can see can always be downloaded and used to generate the reports you see in the menus.  It's better and easier not to try to force people to do that manually, as they're much more likely to get it wrong than if you just let them use the reports.
