How to hide someone's profile in the quick filters at the top of a kanban board?

We have a staff member who hasn't been at the organization in over a year and hasn't had issues assigned to her since then. But she is still showing up in the little row of faces at the top of our kanban board that lets you quickly filter by that person. And of course when you click on her, there are no issues displayed.

Any ideas how to remove her?
