Hello Team,
We have logic to automate the sub task creation in certain transition. when sub tasks are automatically created for story then 'Create sub task' tab should be hidden when sub tasks are not created then 'Create sub-task' should be visible.
Please help me out on this
I would like to paraphrase this back to see if I understand the question:
You want to block people from creating sub-tasks if an issue already has a (set of) sub-tasks (possibly created by an automation or script)
If that is right, then it cannot be done directly, but there is a partial work-around. If the process can shift the issue into a new status, then you can add workflow properties to that status that remove the permission to create issues while the parent is in it, so that the "create subtask" disappears.
Can you add a screenshot to better understant what you are trying to hide ?
Regards
