How to highlight issues just like the "flag" feature does?

Hello, everyone.

Is there a way to highlight an issue on a board without using the "flag" marking?
I´d like to visually highlight a blocked issue, the same way the "flag" marking does.

i guess card colors doesn't work for your needs?

It does, but I´d like to make the card fully colored, not just the borders.
Until I find a better solution, I´m using a JQL to identify and apply different colors on the cards´ borders.

Do you know if there´s a way to apply color to the entire card?
