How to implement a complex jira worflow conditional transition

Hello together,

i have the following complex jira workflow conditional transition rule:
I want to allow a transition if and only if  a field didn't changed from the latest point of view where the state was "Open" until now.
How can I implement this transition condition in Jira?

Welcome to the community.

Can you confirm that you are trying to apply this to a Company Managed project? The type of the project will show at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left when you are viewing the project.

Is the field you want to check a built-in field or a custom field?

Do you have any apps installed on your system that extend the workflow capabilities, such as Jira Workflow Toolbox, Jira Misc Workflow Extensions, or Scriptrunner?
