How to import attachments through CSV into jira server

I want to import attachments through CSV into jira server

You can specify the path of the attachment from the URL (File Server) or you have the option to provide the file path from the Jira home directory to upload the attachment

An example is below

Assignee, Summary, created, attachments, Comment, Comment
user1@gmail.com, "Attachment Import 1", "21/Jan/23 2:00 PM", "21/Jan/22 3:00 PM; user1@gmail.com; https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/5/5f/TomandJerryTitleCardc.jpg/330px-TomandJerryTitleCardc.jpg", "21/Jan/22 4:00 PM; user1@gmail.com; Vice City", "21/Jan/22 5:00 PM; user2@gmail.com; Car Race"
