How to import data from redmine into Jira

We are running Jira Service Desk Application 3.3.0-OD and want to import our data which currently resides in redmine into Jira. Has anyone done this before? Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not exactly Redmine but another tools yes. Jira has many app/service specified importers so I there could not be any problem.
