How to import just a project structure from a certain Data Center project to Jira Cloud?

Hi Community,

is there any way to import the structure with custom fields and workflows from Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud?

I don't want to export/import user, issues or even attachments - just the structure with workflows and custom fields) of a certain complex project.
