We are evaluating JIRA v6.3.9/Zephyr for JIRA 2.5.1. We are Importing test cases with attachments to Jira/Zephyr from test link version 1.9.6. How can we import attachments to Jira/Zephyr when we import test cases from test link?
Hi Latha,
Currently there is no way to import test cases to JIRA along with attachments. The only way it can be done is to use the ZFJ importer to import the test cases, later the attachment can be added to the respective test cases separately.

Please refer the url below to get know more about how to make the importer utility work.

The test cases only can be migrated with the step details, currently it is not possible to have the attachments migrated.

is there any development in this yet ?
The whole test management flow from Test Case Creation, Execution and Closure has bulk option except we have to attach files manually which is a huge bottleneck in achieving greater efficiency.
Eagerly waiting for this feature.
Suggestions:
1. We could add Files Section in Jira, where we upload all our files. Then we get option to bulk export URLs for those files and we simply put those URLs in our Excel sheet before we upload Test Cases.
2. We could also simply insert those files in Excel as objects but that will just make excel sheet too large.
