How to import workflows

Hello, We have 2 jira cloud instances. I have exported the workflow from one of my instance and i am trying to import the workflow to another instance. I dont see the option .

Please let me know how to achieve this.

Hi Dilip,

For Jira Cloud, you cannot import stand alone workflows directly, unless these workflows are shared in Marketplace.  There is an existing feature request to allow admins to do this in Cloud over in JRACLOUD-32353.

It is possible to do this in Jira Server today, however Jira Cloud appears to have restricted this function several years ago.

You could walk through the steps of uploading your workflows to Marketplace explain in Sharing your workflow: Uploading to Atlassian Marketplace.  Just understand that this would make your specific workflow available publicly.
