How to improve performance Jira without reset application?

i installed Jira server with oracel database but after some days Jira is very slow and i must restart Jira until improve performance!

Also all requirements Is respected.

what is the problem?

Did you install any add-ons there? In my experience Jira works just fine without restarting it. You can read the following doc:
