How to inherit permissions from an epic to all child issues

Hello,

we have restricted the access rights/permissions of project members to only see issues they are linked to either as assignee, as reporter or as participant. Now what we want is, when they are through one of these fields able to view a certain issue, let's say epic X, that they are also able to view alle tasks and stories, that are a child of epic X.

How can we make this possible without granting the role access to just everything?

You can either do an automation or in the workflow. When an issue is created and there is a parent, copy participants from parent issue to child issue.
