How to install .jar plugin for Jira from my computer?

We would like to get test management tool Structure.Testy - Test Checklists  for Jira (cloud version)  It's possible only by downloading .jar from PC, But we have only the field for app-loading app from URL. 

Via search in "Find new apps" is not possible as well:

Could you please advice the way how to install .jar file? Thank you in advance!

Welcome to Atlassian Community !

For cloud you need to subscribe the apps and you cannot install the jar file like in jira server. Also you can check with app vendor when will be app available for cloud. If app is not available for cloud then it is not possible to use it without subscription.

it looks like the app is not available for Jira Cloud, that is why.
