How to install the Tempo Worklog Distribution gadget?

Tempo's Worklog Distribution gadget has disappeared from our dashboard gadgets in JIRA. I'm not sure how to restore it? Is there a .xml URL to add to the gadget directory? Because I can't find one. If not, the Tempo add-on is installed, so how do I enable this gadget?

This should be the Gadget XML

You might also want to check if any of the modules for the add on is disabled or not.
