ReviewBoard (RB) is the code review platform. post code complete it has to go through review board for approval.When RB is created, developers will mention Jira issue id. When RB is submitted, it should add a comment in Jira issue with link to RB review link. and if RB is approved then it should show up in JIRA as well

You're still assuming we know what Review Board is.  Please explain what it is, not what it does.

Without that, we can't tell you any more than "use Jira's REST API and/or webhooks and post-functions"

Thokala,  Did you ever get Review Board integrated with Jira?  We are looking for new tools since Atlassian is dropping support for Crucible.

Same here. We have a large code base in subversion and with Fisheye/Crucible getting limited support we are looking for a code review and repository viewer that has integration with Jira.
