Hi @anjali s ,
Thanks for asking your question.
I am Dhiren, one of the Solutions Engineers at Exalate.
As also mentioned by @Sreenivasaraju P , I would also recommend you to use a fully decentralized and bidirectional solution like Exalate to integrate Jira Software with Service Management instance.
With the Groovy scripting based interface provided by the tool, you can choose what projects, issue types and fields to map and also updates can be synced back from the target within a few seconds!
Do let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks, Dhiren
Hi @anjali s ,
Yes that's right.
Exalate currently supports integrations between 6 tools out of the box. (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and also Zendesk).
If you are looking for an integration between any of these tools then you can start a free trial (which is valid for 30 days) and we can help you setting up your desired use-case.
Also, if the tool of your choice is not included in the above list, then it's also possible for our team to develop a custom connector for you.
I would recommend you to book a call with us for more info on the possibilities.
Thanks, Dhiren
