How to integrate or create issues from Sugar

Hi All!!!

today I have some questions.

We have a team that is using Sugar. 

They do not want to create issues in Sugar and then in Jira (as separate actions)

Her may questions:

1. Is there any way for them to create issues using an api?  if yes, what should be the api that they have to call, and which are the parameters, Do I have to configure anything from Jira Side. 

2. by the other hand, I want to know if there is anykind of integration between Sugar and JIRA to create issues in jira and sent to Sugar or viceversa.

I used to use a plugin within Sugar from FayeBSG. It worked for the most part but in the end it had a few quirks and required upkeep. That coupled with the fact that we really were not getting the value out of it we let it expire. Worth a look though.

and what about an api... could it be possible for them to create issue using an api?
