How to join two projects in one filter

Please let me know if we have options to link Project_X with Project_Y .

How we are using it:

Each Epic in Project_Y should be linked to item in Project_X

What we need:

We need a view (it is can be filter or structure) where we will have cascade view:

SDLC (Project_X) ->

Epic (Project_Y) ->

Story, Prod Defect, Change Request (Project_Y)

How we linking SDLC and Epic: we are using Linked issues as sub-requirement

You would need a plugin like Structure for it:
