Can anyone please suggest that how to limit the visibility for anonymous users who view the status of an issue in my company JIRA instance without login. In this case, we want that they can only see the status of the issue which they raised for our Public Issue Tracker but cannot see our internal descriptions and attachments.

If someone has view access to the issue they can view the whole issue. There is no field level security in Jira by default. There are some apps in the marketplace that do this. Another thing to consider would be Jira Service Desk. With service desk the agents can put in details via comments that are not viewable to the customer. I don't think there is a way to do it with the attachments via Service Desk though ... just comments.
