How to limit users access in jira.

I have three teams in my project.

1 - Development

2 - Project coordinator

3 - Administrator

I have to limit the project access for development team so that they cannot make any changes in the project details or sprint or any thing else except their profile or can make comments. I want to give full rights to the administrator and only view and comment rights to the project coordinator.

I am not sure if you would have gone through permissions in Atlassian Jira. You can refer them here https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/project-permissions-868982873.html.

As per your query try configuring a project permissions and provide the relevant permissions for the teams.Like Provide Administrator with full permissions and for other teams remove the permissions that they don't want the access to and just add them in the respective permissions.Like development team can have "add comments" , "edit comments" permissions.
