Hi , I want to know if my customer can see the FAQ which is synchronized via confluence in Ticket interface?
I want to download a FAQ marco in confluence, and need to synchronize these FAQ to Ticket FAQ interface. Can this function be implemented? How do achieve it ? Please help me.

Confluence works nicely together with Jira Service Management through its knowledge base. It is actually more advanced than a FAQ, where you would create a list of answers that a user would need to scroll through manually.
The Confluence KB is based on the principle that you write how to or troubleshooting articles on separate pages. They are displayed to the customer of the JSM portal as he/she types in the issue at hand, does trying to target exactly the problem the customer is reaching out for.
