How to link a confluence page (retrospective) to a Team-managed software sprint?

We would like to link our retrospective confluence page to the latest Team-managed software sprint like we did when we had a Company-managed software project?

Is this possible?

Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately sprint reports are not available in Team-managed software projects therefore I won't be able to link the confluence page.
