I would like to use some of the components from Atlassian AUI library (https://docs.atlassian.com/aui), like Flags. The idea is to make them available to be called from js scripts I place in Announcement Banner. Most of them are not included AUI core.
Do I have to create a web-resource plugin to include the AUI library in JIRA or there is any other way to access it?
