We are having major concerns around root cause updates and it's not mandatory field and which resulted in multiple issues closure without RCAs.
I got steps from some forum but then that will need admin access if I am not wrong.
Can anyone help if I can approach to anyone specifically who can support us on the same?
Looking forward for getting this fixed
@Pooja Barsing You should contact your Jira Admin to get field mandatory, I hope he would already know the way to do that, If not you can ask him to either add a validator at the last transition which will require users to put value on your RCAs field or he can use a transition screen at the end transition and Put RCA field there after making it mandatory using Field configuration
Thank you Ashu for your response . Any email id if you have for JIRA admin? I was looking for some POCs for the same.

@Pooja Barsing You should know who your jira admin is, Are you using your personal jira instance or your organisation managed instance?
In either way you should know who your jira admin is

If you don't know who your admins are, ask the people around you who are using it, the person who gave you access to it originally, or the people who asked you to use it - many of them are likely to know of at least one person with admin access.
