How to make a field mandatory for a specific transition?

Hello!

We want to make a field mandatory only when transitioning to a certain state (Ready for QA). So it can be blank through the entire workflow, but when trying to move it to QA it needs to have a value in X field (in this case, we want to to be "Story Size").

Does anyone know how to do this?

Required Field Validator in Workflow will do the exact job we need.
