How to make a field required only for a single project on a workflow transition?

What I want is to make a field required/mandatory when going from submitted ---> assigned transition? 
I want this only to be applied to Project ABC, and all other projects shouldn't have the field required.
I have JSU, and from there I can use the field required validator, but that applies to the whole workflow with all the projects in it.
I just want to apply it to a single project.

Hi Ramesh you can achieve this as you said using the Validator. However, you will want to first create a copy of your existing workflow and then editing that one and assign to the specific project and issue type(s) you are interested in controlling. let me know if you need further assistance with this.

I do not use Scriptrunner so cannot provide any details of such. Based on your initial post it is unclear how it even fits in here.
