How to make blocked items stand out?

We see that we can add a flag to our items, but is there a way to create different types of flags for different types of blocks? Is there another way we can accentuate items that are blocked on the kanban board?

No not at the moment- atleast not a proper flag.

You could obviously create another custom field to document the type of blocker but this will only be available in the detils view.
