How to make the locked fields to be displayed in the issue screen

I created a new screen and occupied that also with a few locked fields. However, when creating the issue, I don't see those locked fields on the screen?

please suggest me how can i see the locked fields on the screen.

Hello, Good day. Go to project settings >> Issues >> Screens, make sure the screen you created has been added to "Create issue" screen.

If its there and still not shown, then there are chances that this field is hidden if field configuration. While creating the issue you will get an option to find the field, search for the field and check if there is any error.

What type of issues use these screens?

Can you confirm this is for creating issues in a Company Managed project versus a Team Managed project?

Can you provide screen images showing us what you changed?
