How to make the search for an existing issue in the issue issue view bring values?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to simply link issues in the issue view, however for some odd reason is no longer bringing values..

I can however link if I know the exact JIRA id of the issue I am looking to link.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is it possibly a setup somewhere that I am missing? (it did used to work before...)

Hi Alexandra - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I have seen that occasionally. Have you tried it both in the Old Jira Issue View and the New Jira Issue View to see if there is any difference?
