Within our department, we have 4 teams. An individual from each of those 4 teams have formed a "phantom" unofficial team that has been tasked to focus on a specifc project.
What is the best way to use JIRA to manage the tasks for this "phantom" team?
One option is to start using the new Teams and then use the Team field to assign issue to the 4 teams. This would also allow you to filter on issues for each team.
