I am needing to find a way to manage my upcoming scheduled issues. Is there a field or column that shows me the next executed ticket date and summary (other than in the scheduled issues area under the project)? I know how to manage existing tickets but am having issues trying to plan and manage the upcoming schedules (that do not yet have tickets but will be triggered within a the next week).
To add to this, is there a gadget within the dashboards that shows the upcoming scheduled issues?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
Hi @Kelly Scharlau
It's Mary from Planyway:)
Do you consider using a timeline or a calendar to view scheduled activities? I believe it'd be the best option. You can play with Jira built-in functionality or explore third-party apps like Planyway.
Thanks! Unfortunately this does not help with scheduled issues that do not have a ticket yet, as there is no status. . Appreciate you looking into this though.

Hi Kelly - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
How are you defining "Scheduled issues"? Can you share a screenshot?

@John Funk Above is a example. We have scheduled issues that are going to trigger a ticket on the next execution date. What I am wondering is from a PM standpoint, how can I manage those tickets that have not been created yet. I need a way to let my engineering team know that there will be X amount of ticket due next week. I didn't know if there was a gadget within the dashboards or a easy way to manage the recurring scheduled issues. The only thing I can do is export to CSV and look under next fire date but that is a lot of manual effort.
Thank you for reviewing!

I think I would just create the extra tickets and let them be sitting out there with the future dates if you need that.
