I have working for the past few hours on fixing a workflow for one of the projects I have on a classic kanban board.
Situation is I have an "In progress" column and I am trying to link it to the correct status. The are several options but none of them seem to be the one I need.
I need to mention I inherited the whole project from someone else who no longer works at my organization.
So, the main issue is when I select a status that is the correct but it displays several issues that were already moved to a done status a few months ago.
Any idea on what should I do? I know it seems like a very basic thing but I haven't been able to figure it out on my own.
Hi Silvia,
I am not sure that I completely follow the situation, but hopefully this will help a little.
Statuses on columns of boards (and available statuses on the right hand side in Boar Settings) are shown as a result of workflows attached to the project that the board uses in its filter.
So if you are missing a status, you need to check the workflow (or even add a status to the workflow - or add an additional workflow to the workflow scheme used by that project).
Can you share a screenshot of what you see and denote the problem in the screenshot?
