How to mass move a terminated users issues to a new user

We have a number of terminated employees that have both active and closed issues. Rather then let them sit there, can I mass move then to be owned by another user?

Yes. Search for the issues using something like this: assignee = [username] or reporter = [username]

Then click on the gear icon in the top right that says "tools," select "Bulk Change," select all issues, edit issues, then change assignee and reporter to whatever you want them to be.
