How to measure the eficience of the fixing bug per Story

It is expected to have some kind of linkage/correlation between bugs resolved and identified in order to understand the quality of the development and bugfixing. 

We face the situation when resolution of the bug renders even more bugs related to the resolution :) and eternal target to identify such behavior in terms of full team and product.
