How to merge Jira user?

Hi, I'm importing a JIRA Server instance into cloud. Problem is my new user account "admin" is different than my imported user.

I could use the old entry, but then, the admin user will use a slot of user, and I can't deactivate it.

I'd like to merge my imported account into the new one, is it possible?

What's preventing you from deactivating the "admin" user ?

Tried renaming the admin user on the cloud instance before importing i assume? This has to be done by support. See this: How to rename the admin user on a JIRA Cloud instance?
