I have two JSM project "IT Service Desk" and "Digital Service Desk", in recent past those two teams have merged to gather and came under one leadership.
I have been asked to merge our "Digital Service Desk" in to our "IT Service Desk" so that everyone operate under one project "IT Service Desk"
Could you please advise on how to achieve that
Following iteams are in my mind to be taken care during migration
1. Copying Request types and corrosponding issue types and workflows for all work categories from "Digital Service Desk" to "IT Service Desk" - How to do this?
2. Once copied over merge them all in to newly created Portal group called "Digital Service Desk" within "IT Service Desk" - I know how to do this
3. Migrate/move all tickets under "Digital Service Desk" project to "IT Service Desk Project - I know how to do this
4. Give access to all JSM users under "Digital service desk" to "IT Service Desk" - I know how to do this
Could you please review above advise best way to achieve these steps and if there are any other aspects I need to consider for migration?

Hi Brijesh,
It looks like you only need help with the first item. And for that you just need to manually create the Issue Types and Request Types in the IT Service Desk project for the ones that are unique in the Digital Service Desk project. You are not going to be able to copy them.
