How to merge two user accounts from generic delegated directory to microsoft active directory.

We have Jira connected with Generic delegated authentication directory and Microsoft AD.

We are facing two use accounts for a single user.

I need to merge user account ownership from generic directory to Microsoft AD.

Usernames and email ids are same in both Directory.
