How to migrate Jira cloud to Jira cloud ?

I am new to Jira

I have two Atlassian sites. my problem is how to migrate a project from one Jira cloud to another Jira cloud including project workflows and screens and custom fields and automation rules.

I migrated a project from one cloud to another cloud site in between migration, the project is successfully migrated, but whatever is there in projects like workflows and screens is not migrated to another cloud site. How to migrate workflows and screens?
