How to migrate Test Suites from IBM RQM to Jira-Zephyr

Hi,

I have a shell script-based automation test suite in IBM RQM, Now we want to migrate the whole thing into Jira-Zephyr.

Please let me know whether it is feasible and if 'yes' then what steps I should follow. I am desperately looking for a solution, So any kind of suggestion/help would be appreciated.
