Hi there, a project was accidentally deleted in our production instance of Jira (bad communication) but we luckily did a prod backup to our test instance recently. Since this project is still in our test Jira instance, I need a way to move the project and the issues within it from Test to Prod. We are hosting Jira v9.1 ourselves in AWS if that helps with the versioning. Let me know what kind of details you need from me to help. Thanks!
Hello @Matthew Knab
Here is the home page for documentation about migrating Jira projects between self-hosted Jira instances.
Thanks for your help Trudy, but it looks like this guide relies on an add-on called Project Configurator to be installed. I do not see that installed on our end so unfortunately i will need an alternative to this.

By following the documentation breadcrumbs at the top of the page I moved up to higher level documents and looked at what other options are available. Perhaps this will be more useful.
