Expected this to be simple and straight forward, but my guess is that
cn=jira-users,OU=Atlassian,OU=Groups,DC=acme,DC=com
has some internal uid, actually causing all users to be marked as disabled [X] when the group was moved to
cn=jira-users,OU=Jira,OU=Atlassian,OU=Azure,OU=Groups,DC=acme,DC=com
We had to revert the change or else Jira was unavailable for all other users than admin which is kept locally in Crowd. Synching did not resolve the issue. Strange thing was that the "Save and test" failed trying to find the user, not at the later steps checking group memberhsip.
Is there any way to force Crowd to forget all and sync from scratch?
