How to move tickets from one status to closed upon completing sprint

We have a status called "Ready for PROD Deployment" .  This status is considerd in the DONE column from Agile board. 

I have a request to trigger teh status to move from Current status to "Closed" when we are making the sprint completed.

Is there a way to do this via some workflow operations to triger this?

You could code for this, but it's not a good idea.

Your developers and users are being lazy and, if I were being grumpy about it, ignorant.   Issues should be moved to the "done" column when the people dealing with them genuinely think they have been done.  "Meh, close sprint and just throw everything in the sprint to closed" just says that they don't care whether it's done, they're only interested in pretending that they're performing.

Closing a sprint should never just close everything in it.  Because no-one has really signed up to say "yes, it's done"
