How to normalize control chart

I'm using Kanban board for software development, and I want to start measure cycle time. since we use story points to estimate sizes, I'm looking for a good way to "normalize" the time per story point. any ideas?

Unfortunately, the attempt to implement this functionality was already raised in the past : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-13311 and it was closed with status Won't Do.

I am also looking for this feature but it is already closed for voting.
