How to not render the format code in the JQL search result?

Hi,
Per this article (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/How-to-display-Last-comment-in-Filter-JQL-and-any-Add-on/ba-p/1489153), we can show the last comment of each issue in the JQL search result.
But we found that the exported report will contain the format code.
What should we do to not display the format code in the exported report?
