How to obtain useful information from workflow entry id

I ran the integrity checker on Workflows and for one of the issues I am concerned about, I have the below:

ERROR: HRSS-957 - The workflow entry with id 491986 has an incorrect state. (JRA-4241)

How can I use this id to find out more information that would help me fix this issue by myself?

I wouldn't choose the fix option as there are lots of similar errors and it is not clear what the fix button will do so I won't risk this.
