How to organize backlog

Hello
are working in the next gen project and I would like to add more areas to our backlog.
This is how it looks right now
I would like to have more like the one below
I can not find anywhere in the settings where I can change the layout of our backlog. Can anyone help please.

Hello Katrin,
it looks like you are already working with sprints enabled for your project. If not, please verify this but navigating to porject settings -> features.
Next all people with enough permissions will be able to click on a button called "Create sprint" at the top right end of your backlogs panel "Backlog" . A new section will be created for each sprint.
