I started working in the sample space, now my project is ready and I want to move it to production, what are the steps?
OOTB you can't move projects between instances. When you say "sample space" do you mean your sandbox? Do you have Premium tier? Do you have a separate production instance?

The option is to export the issues to CSV and then import into production instance.
