How to plan particular task and also to measure the deviation in it?

I have to plan task for my team for a week

Deviation in terms - 1. If they have worked excess hours than the planned time,

2. If they worked on any other task than the planned one.

Even if any plugin are available, let me know.

Hi,

I understand that you are looking for some additional planning and deviation measurement features within Jira. 

I did a quick search of Marketplace and I came across a plugin that might help here.  The AIM Resource Management for Jira appears to offer the planning and deviation tools that I think you are looking for here. A disclaimer, I have not used this plugin personally, so I'm not 100% sure this will meet both your requested requirements yet.
