How to plan sprints for multiple teams

Hi everyone

As our projects usually are rather small  (<200h) and always related to our main product, we decided to organize them as epics within one Jira project and split everything related to each project down into stories and sub-tasks.
If all our developers could work on all stories, that approach would work fine with one sprint at a time. But, depending on the components related to each story, different people work on it.

What would be the best way, to find out the velocity for each team within one Jira project and the same scrum board?
Or should we take a totally different approach?
