We have a support system and people should log a ticket there to get access to Jira. Yet, many people just go to the jira url and click the "Request access" button. Is there any way to hide this button? Is it possible to add a msg to inform them what the desired flow is? And is there any way to test this only on sandbox first, before I apply the setting to prod?
